The Ultimate Compliment

"I wanted to leave...but I couldn't!"

As a presenter and course creator, feedback is vital.

Today I think I received the best feedback one could ever hope to get.

I've been working all week and my last group was this morning.

We'd just done 3 hours of work together with the flames communication system and we were drawing to a close. A gentleman got up to say thanks on behalf of the team, but it was more than just thanks - it was the ultimate compliment.

I'll never forget it.

Here's what he said;

"We don't do a lot of professional development, and a lot of us were quite cynical going into this - but I have to say I wanted to go to the loo halfway through but i couldn't even go because I didn't want to miss any stories, learnings or words!"

I think I've reached a new level and I'm very proud.
